Bookings

We confirm appointments once both parties agree on the service details and schedule.

We always aim to arrive on time. However, weather, traffic, equipment issues, or other unexpected events may affect the schedule.

If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible and arrange another suitable appointment.

Property Access

Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the areas that require cleaning.

Before we arrive, please:

Remove vehicles from driveways where possible.
Secure pets.
Remove fragile or valuable outdoor items.
Ensure a suitable water supply is available when required.

If you cannot provide safe access, we may need to delay or reschedule the service.

Weather Conditions

Pressure washing requires suitable weather conditions.

For safety and service quality, we may postpone appointments because of:

  • Storms
  • High winds
  • Dangerous weather conditions

We will arrange a new appointment at the earliest available time without additional charges.

Customer Responsibilities

Service Results

Our goal is to provide outstanding cleaning results. However, pressure washing cannot remove every stain or restore every surface completely.

  • Permanent stains may remain after cleaning.
  • Rust, oxidation, paint damage, oil penetration, and deep discoloration may not disappear completely.
  • Pressure washing cannot repair existing deterioration or structural damage.

Property Condition

PWCBR Pressure Washing cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by pre-existing defects or weakened surfaces, including:

Pressure washing may also reveal defects that dirt, mould, algae, or debris previously concealed.

Limitation of Liability

Payments
